The short version: Physical goods can be returned within 14 days if they arrive damaged or aren't what you expected. Digital downloads (workbooks, PDFs) are generally non-refundable once delivered — but if something's clearly wrong, write to me and we'll make it right. No fighting, no shame, no hoops.
Physical items
This covers wall pockets, shadowboxes, jewelry, seed packets, art prints, and merchandise.
- Damaged in transit: Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and I'll send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
- Wrong item shipped: Email within 14 days. I'll cover return shipping and send the right thing.
- Changed your mind: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, item in original condition, return shipping paid by you. Refund issued once item arrives back.
- Custom or one-of-a-kind pieces: Final sale unless arrived damaged.
Digital downloads
This covers workbooks (Soft Landings, Tender Ground), PDFs, and any digital-only resource.
- Because digital files can't be "returned" once delivered, these are generally non-refundable.
- But: if the file is broken, corrupted, or you never received the download link, email me within 7 days and I'll fix it or refund you — no questions, no proof needed.
- If you bought the wrong workbook by accident and haven't downloaded yet, email me within 24 hours and I'll swap or refund.
Sliding-scale & sanctuary fund purchases
If you bought through a sliding-scale price or received a sanctuary-fund discount, the same policy applies. Money is meant to flow toward healing, not away from it.
How to request a refund or return
Go to the Contact page and include:
- Your order number (in your purchase confirmation email)
- What item this is about
- What happened — a sentence or two is plenty
- A photo if the item arrived damaged
I respond within 3 business days, usually sooner. Refunds process back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
The honest part
I'd rather give you a refund than have you feel stuck with something that doesn't serve you. Healing tools should feel like an open door, not a locked one. If you're not sure whether your situation qualifies, just ask. The answer is almost always yes.
With care, Briana 🦡💛
